Another High School Tournament in the Books
After the success of CBBA’s first High School Tournament on Tuesday 19th August 2025, the local high schools came back better than ever for another great day of hoops!
After the hard work of our stapled community members, Friday 12th December 2025, showcased the best basketball players from Chifley College Senior Campus, Plumpton High School, Rooty Hill High School and St Clair High School. 38 players, four coaches, and quite a few spectators helped christen the new courts at Kevin Betts Stadium, combining for a total of over 540 points across all 8 games.
After a 3-way tie during the regular round games, the grand final saw a rematch of the August Tournament Championship - with Chifley College Senior Campus 46 defeating Rooty Hill High School 41, tying the CBBA Schools Tournament Finals 1-1, and claiming the second ever CBBA Schools Tournament Championship title.
Also, a massive shout-out to our first ever CBBA Schools Tournament Most Valuable Player - A Keles, Chifley College Senior Campus!

The CBBA School Tournaments will continue to grow! With interest from other high schools in the area but clashes with dates, we’d love to continue to grow this.
