Your Youth Men 2 are in the 2026 Playoffs, starting THIS Weekend!

Your Blacktown Storm Waratah 2 Youth Men have finished up and impressive 16-week regular season in style! They finished 2nd in conference D after winning 12 of their 16 games, with many matches won by over 20 points. The 16-player squad, led by Coach Mustafa, have punched their ticket into 2026 Wilson Waratah Senior League finals-series starting this weekend!

With the play-offs starting this weekend, your Blacktown Storm Youth Men 2 need YOUR voices and help to rally them to a win! They are excitingly hosting the first round (of four) of the post-season on this Saturday 1st August at 2PM against the Bankstown Bruins (who finished 3rd in conference C). This match is win or be eliminated, and we need the entire strength of the Blacktown Storm community behind the lads at Kevin Betts Stadium passionately loud to push them to victory! This match is just one of the five matches this weekend - where else would you rather be?

Also, this Saturday we have your 4th place Youth Men 1 taking on the 9th place Bulls at 4PM. Last time these teams faced, it was a narrow 3-point victory to our lads and should be an impressive game to watch! Every win will count at this end of the season, and this match could be the difference between a home or away final next week!

Then, we have a must-win-match as your Waratah Men take on the neighbouring Hills Hornets at 6PM - the winner of this one guarantees the 4th place on the Northern conference ladder and push your Storm Waratah Men into the play-offs!

Alongside the matches this Saturday, you will find great in-game entertainment: with Australian Rhythmic Gymnastics leading every half-time with impressive performances mixing gymnastics and cheer, music and announcing to keep you hype after every basket, merchandise for sale, a half-court shot for $250, and a meat-tray raffle worth over $60 thanks to the Meat Cartel!

CBBA will also be recognising our two winning Metro Junior League teams this Saturday, the Under 12 Boys Gold and Under 12 Girls Purple, in pre-game ceremonies to present the teams to the entire community!
