CBBA recognised amongst the best at the Blacktown City Sports Awards

An evening spent celebrating sport in the City of Blacktown.

On Saturday the 21st of June, CBBA attended the 2025 Blacktown City Sports Awards Gala Presentation Evening held at West HQ. The annual event, hosted by the Blacktown City Council, celebrates and acknowledges the achievements of local athletes, clubs, volunteers and coaches in the 2024-25 season. This year, we were thrilled to see CBBA representation nominated in seven categories.

We were honoured to have been a finalist for the 2025 Club of the Year alongside our partner club, Savannah Pride. Despite not taking home the title this time, we highly appreciate the acknowledgement and congratulate the Quakers Hill Tigers (football) for winning the award.

There is no surprise Coach Mayor continues to add to his accolades in basketball coaching. A massive congratulations to Mayor Chagai for being awarded the Coach of the Year title.
