• U10 Mixed - Born 2017 or later - Fridays from 6:30pm

• U12 Mixed - Born 2015 or later - Thursdays from 6pm

• U14 Boys - Born 2013 or later - Thursdays from 7:30pm

• U14 Girls - Born 2013 or later - Wednesday from 6pm

• U16 Boys - Born 2011 or later - Tuesday from 7pm

• U16 Girls - Born 2011 or later - Wednesday from 7pm

• U18 Girls - Born 2009 or later - Wednesdays from 7:30pm

• Senior Men’s - 16+ - Tuesdays from 7:30pm

• Senior Women’s - 16+ - Wednesdays from 8:20pm
